Teacher (Non-residential) (End June - End August)

Teachers for our Junior Summer Centres must have a university degree (or HETAC level 7 equivalent) and an ACELS (Advisory Council for English Language Schools) approved TEFL certificate. Irish state qualified teachers may have a 40 hour certificate approved by ACELS. Foreign nationals who wish to teach must be fully qualified and submit applications with a full translation of CV and transcripts of qualifications, submitted to ACELS for approval before application. Teacher Training Courses

ATC Language & Travel runs ACELS approved TEFL courses for Irish State Qualified teachers who wish to teach on summer school programmes. This is a 40 hour course (30 contact hours and 10 tutor led study hours).
